4 Zoomers Win BTS Pro Series 5: Americas

The team 4 Zoomers led by Nico "Gunnar" Lopez has emerged victorious at BTS Pro Series Season 5: Americas. In the tournament’s grand finals they defeated Undying to claim $17,000 in prize money.

Both finalists advanced to playoffs from the first places in their groups, thus starting from the upper bracket. In its first round Undying managed to beat SG e-sports (2-0), while 4 Zoomers outplayed NoPing e-sports (2-0). Later 4 Zoomers lost to Undying (0-2) and dropped to the lower bracket, where they outplayed NoPing (2-0). The final series concluded with a 3-1 score.

Earlier in February Undying and 4 Zoomers placed 3rd and 4th in the DPC’s upper division, failing to make it to the major. For 4 Zoomers, this is the first event victory since middle 2020.
